    We have not appointed a data protection officer. For any matter concerning personal data, write to kontakt@djgroup.pl or call +48 575 854 896.

  2. 2.What data we process

    We only process data that you give us yourself:

    • in the forms on the website: your name, phone number and message, and in the cost calculator also your answers (type and size of the property, finishing standard);
    • when you call us, email us or message us on WhatsApp: your contact details and the content of the conversation;
    • when we sign a contract: the data needed to carry it out and invoice it, such as the property address and billing details.

    When you use the website, the server automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time of the visit, the page visited and the browser type.

  3. 3.Purposes and legal bases

    • replying to your enquiry, preparing an estimate, arranging a call or a site visit — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
    • calling you about your enquiry — your consent given in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR);
    • entering into and performing a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR;
    • issuing invoices and keeping accounts — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
    • establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
    • security and proper operation of the website (technical data) — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

    We do not send advertising and do not make automated decisions about you. The calculator result on the website is only an approximate amount.

  4. 4.How long we keep data

    • enquiries that did not lead to a contract — 12 months from the last contact;
    • data related to a contract — for the duration of the contract and then until the limitation period for claims expires;
    • accounting documents — 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline passed;
    • data processed on the basis of consent — until you withdraw it;
    • technical server data — for a short period set by the hosting provider.
  5. 5.Who receives the data

    We do not sell data. To the extent necessary, it may be received by:

    • the website hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.);
    • providers of email, telephony and form handling;
    • our accounting office and legal advisers;
    • material suppliers and transport companies — when something has to be delivered to the renovation address;
    • public authorities, where required by law.

    Companies that process data on our behalf do so under a data processing agreement and only on our instructions.

  6. 6.Transfers outside the EEA

    The hosting provider may also process technical data, such as the IP address, in the USA. This is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

    If you message us on WhatsApp, your data is also processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.

  7. 7.Your rights

    You have the right to:

    • access your data and receive a copy;
    • have your data corrected;
    • have your data erased;
    • restrict processing;
    • data portability, where we process data on the basis of consent or a contract;
    • object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
    • withdraw consent at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

    To exercise these rights, write to kontakt@djgroup.pl. We will reply within one month.

    You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).

  8. 8.Do you have to give us your data

    Providing data is voluntary. Without your name and phone number, however, we cannot reply to your enquiry, and without the data needed for a contract we cannot sign it.

  9. 9.Cookies

    The website does not use cookies or any analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and photos load from our own server. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

  10. 10.Changes to this policy

    We may update this policy, for example when the law or the way the website works changes. The current version is always available on this page, and the date of the last change is shown at the top.
